Mutton curry
Mutton curry is simple and delicious recipe made with whole spices, meat, tomatoes and onions. It is served with rice, chapathi, idly, jeera rice, ghee rice and Dosa.

Ingredients:
Mutton-1/2 kg
Big Onion-1
Small Tomatoes-4
Green chilies-2
Ginger garlic paste-1 tbsp
Mutton masala-1 tbsp
Turmeric powder-1/2 tsp
Chilli powder-1 tsp
Salt- as needed

Coconut milk-1/2 cup(100 ml)

Method:
- Pressure cook cleaned mutton with salt and turmeric for 6 whistles and keep aside.
- In a pan, add some oil and heat it. Add bay leaf, onion, green chilies, ginger garlic paste and tomatoes one by one and sauté for few minutes till the raw smell goes off.
- Add the spice powders and little salt. Mix well. Then add cooked mutton into it.
- Allow it to cook for 10 minutes. Add coconut milk into the gravy and cook for another 2 minutes and serve.
- Add some coriander leaves.
- Serve hot with rice, idly, dosa and chapathi.
Note:
For vegetarians, cook with the same method using potatoes or mushrooms.
