Rose-Badam Milk
Rose badam milk is refreshing drink made with milk, nuts, sugar, and water. It is easy to make within minutes. Rose badam milk is healthy and yummy drink which helps for weight gain in kids. Here goes the recipe..
Ingredients:
Milk-2 glass
Rose essence-1 tbsp
Saffron essence-1 tsp
Light brown Sugar-5 tbsp
Whole Almond/Badam-10
Edible camphor-a pinch
Cardamom powder-a pinch
Water-1/4 glass
Sliced badam-1 tsp
Ice cubes
Method:
- Soak whole almond/badam for 2-3 hours in warm water and remove the skin and keep aside.
- In a mixer jar add milk, essence, sugar, whole badam, edible camphor, cardamom powder and water. Blend the mixture and keep refrigerated for sometime.
- Add Ice cubes if needed.
- Serve cold.
