Air fried Fish fillets

 

Air fried fish fillets is the quick and easy way to cook fish recipes. Fish fillets is the flesh of fish which has been cut away from the bone. Here in this recipe I have used tilapia fish with fresh homemade masala powder and lemon juice for tangy taste. You can use dried herbs, paprika and spice powders for different taste. 


Ingredients:

Fish fillets of your choice-10 pieces

Fish masala powder-2 tbsp

Water-2 tbsp

Turmeric powder-1 tsp

Salt-1 tsp

Lemon-1/2 piece


Method:

  • Defrost the fish pieces to room temperature. In a mixing bowl add fish fry masala and required  water to make a thick paste. 


  • Apply the masala paste on fish pieces and keep refrigerated for 30 minutes. Arrange the fish pieces in air fryer and set the temperature to 400 degrees F for 5 minutes.

 

  • Flip the fish pieces and cook on air fry for another 10-15 minutes. Transfer to a plate and squeeze half of lemon juice and mix serve.
