Guacamole


Avocados are known as butter fruit. It is rich in vitamins and minerals. Avocados are having healthy fat which is good for skin and eyes. Avocados are high in fiber so it helps in digestion. Avocados are grown in warm places. They are originally from Mexico. 

Avocados can be used in healthy recipes like smoothies, salads, and spreads in sandwiches. Guacamole is a more famous recipe made using avocados. It is used as dip and a great combination with chips. Here goes the simple and easy recipe..

Ingredients:
Avocados-2
Big onion-1
Cherry or small tomatoes-2
Lemon-1/2
Coriander leaves-1 fistful
Pepper powder-1 tsp
Salt-as needed

Method:

  • First, cut the avocados into two halves and remove the seed. Use a spoon to scoop out the avocado pulp.


  • Use a mortar and pestle to mash the avocados. Add avocados, lime juice, salt into mortar and mash them well.


  • Finely chop the onions, tomatoes and add them into mortar. Add freshly grounded pepper powder into it. 


  • Mix everything well and serve.
