Guacamole
Avocados can be used in healthy recipes like smoothies, salads, and spreads in sandwiches. Guacamole is a more famous recipe made using avocados. It is used as dip and a great combination with chips. Here goes the simple and easy recipe..
Ingredients:
Avocados-2
Big onion-1
Cherry or small tomatoes-2
Lemon-1/2
Coriander leaves-1 fistful
Pepper powder-1 tsp
Salt-as needed
Method:
- First, cut the avocados into two halves and remove the seed. Use a spoon to scoop out the avocado pulp.
- Use a mortar and pestle to mash the avocados. Add avocados, lime juice, salt into mortar and mash them well.
- Finely chop the onions, tomatoes and add them into mortar. Add freshly grounded pepper powder into it.
- Mix everything well and serve.
