Avocado smoothie



Avocados are known as butter fruit. It is rich in vitamins and minerals. Avocados are having healthy fat which is good for skin and eyes. Avocados are high in fiber so it helps in digestion. 

Avocados are grown in warm places. They are originally from Mexico. Avocados can be used in healthy recipes like smoothies, salads, and spreads in sandwiches.

Ingredients:
Avocado-1
Brown sugar or honey-1tbsp
Milk-1/2cup
Water-1/2 cup
Cardamom powder-1/2 tsp
Chopped nuts-2 tbsp

Ice cubes-5

Method:

  • First, cut the avocados into two halves and remove the seed. Use a spoon to scoop out the avocado pulp.


  • In a mixer jar add avocado pulp, sugar, water, milk, cardamom.
  • Blend this to puree. Transfer to a serving glass and add chopped nuts, Ice cubes. Serve cold.
