Beetroot Halwa
Beetroot halwa is a delicious, slow-cooked dessert that is commonly prepared during festive occasions. It is a traditional Indian sweet made with grated beetroot, milk, sugar, cardamom, and dry fruits.
Beetroot halwa is prepared similarly to carrot halwa. This healthy and flavorful dessert is made using fresh ingredients. It can be prepared with or without milk.
Condensed milk can be added instead of regular milk to enhance the richness of the halwa. It tastes even better when made with sweetened condensed milk. Beetroot halwa can also be prepared using oat milk, almond milk, or any other vegan milk.
