Banana lassi
Banana Lassi is yogurt based drink made with banana, yogurt, milk, water and sugar. Lassi can be made in many different flavors as sweet, salty, mint lassi. Lassi is great source of vitamin D and lactic acid which helps in boosting the Immune System. Fruit lassi is made with fresh seasonal fruits like apple, mango, banana, strawberry. Ingredients:
Banana - 1 cup
Curd - 1/2 cup
Sour cream-2 tbsp
Milk-1/4 cup
Brown Sugar-2 tbsp
Sliced badam-1 tbsp
Sliced banana-5 pieces
Water - 1/2 glass
Ice Cubes-as needed(optional)
Method:
- Add all the ingredients to blender one by one.
- Add water as needed to the consistency of smoothie.
- Blend everything to fine purée.
- Transfer to serving glass and add sliced nuts, fruits.
