Avocado chapathi
Avocado Chapathi is an Indian flatbread made with wheat flour, avocado pulp and fewer spices. It is very soft and healthier version of lunch box recipes.
Avocado is known as butter fruit. Avocado pulp is very soft and have healthy fats. Avocado chapathi requires less oil and easy to cook.

Ingredients:
Avocado-1
Wheat flour -2 cups
Salt-as needed
Lemon -1/2
Cumin seeds/cumin powder-1 tsp
Water-2 tbsp
Oil-2 tbsp
Method:
- In a mixing bowl add flour, salt, cumin seeds and mix all the dry ingredients.
- Add avocado pulp, lemon juice and mix evenly to get dough consistency.
- Knead to a smooth dough. Add water if required and mix well. Add some oil and mix well. Keep it aside for 10 min to get soft dough.
- Take a hand full of dough and make balls. Take a ball and flatten it.
- Dust with flour and roll into circle shaped chapathi.
- Heat a pan and add avocado parathas one by one. Apply some oil and cook on both sides.
- Soft and yummy paratha is ready to serve. Serve with all veg curries and raita.
Variation:
- Add shredded veggies like carrot, beetroot and onions, coriander leaves, spices for more healthier paratha.
- Add carom seeds instead of cumin seeds.
