Crispy Air-fried Fish

Pompano fish is a popular coastal fish known for its mild, sweet flavor and delicate, firm texture. It belongs to the marine fish family and is commonly found in the Indian Ocean, Arabian Sea, and the Gulf of Mexico.

Pompano is highly nutritious and rich in protein, omega-3 fatty acids, and essential vitamins and minerals like vitamin D, calcium, and phosphorus. Its firm yet tender flesh makes it ideal for grilling, frying, baking, and air-frying, absorbing spices beautifully while staying juicy and flavorful.

Because of its light taste and flaky texture, Pompano is a favorite choice for healthy and crispy fish recipes. It cooks quickly and pairs perfectly with Indian spices, citrus flavors, and fresh herbs.

Pompano is sometimes referred to as the “butterfish of the sea” due to its rich, buttery taste and smooth texture.
