Fish Fry without oil


Ingredients:

Pompano fish-10 pieces
Homemade fish masala powder-2 tbsp
Water-2 tbsp
Turmeric powder-1 tsp
Salt-1 tsp
Lemon-1/2 piece
Method:

  • Wash the fish pieces with turmeric powder, salt and required water.


  • In a mixing bowl add fish fry masala and required  water to make a thick paste. 

  • Apply the masala paste on fish pieces and keep refrigerated for 30 minutes.
  • Arrange the fish pieces in air fryer and set the temperature to 400 degrees F for 5 minutes.
  • Flip the fish pieces and cook on air fry for another 10-15 minutes.
  • Transfer to a plate and squeeze half of lemon and serve.
