Mixed Berries Smoothie
Berries smoothie is a healthy drink made with fresh berries. Berries like strawberry, blueberry, rasberry, cranberry and more are used in smoothie recipes.
Mixed berries smoothie is rich in nutrients, antioxidants, and vitamin C. Mixed berries smoothie can be made with fresh/frozen fruits. Here goes the healthy drink recipe..
Ingredients:
Strawberries-10
Blueberries-1 fistful
Raspberries-5
Almond milk-1 cup
Badam-1 tbsp(roasted)
Pistachio-1 tbsp
Honey/Brown Sugar-2 tbsp(optional)
Dark chocolate-2 piece(optional)
Water-1/2 cup
Ice cubes-4
Method:
- In a juice blender add the berries, nuts, sugar, water, chocolate and grind it to smooth blend.
- Add almond milk into blender and blend for few minutes and transfer to serving glass.
- Add nuts, whipped cream, chocolate syrup or chopped fruits as toppings.
- Add ice cubes if required. Serve cold.
